Supporting associations and structures of the Social and Solidarity Economy
Leadership adapted to associations is a management approach specifically designed for the nonprofit context. It aims to mobilize, motivate, and unite volunteers around a shared project, taking into account the diversity of their profiles and motivations.
This approach is distinguished by a strong human dimension, requiring high emotional intelligence and transparent communication. It encourages collaboration, participation, and the delegation of responsibilities.
By strengthening team cohesion and optimizing the use of resources, this type of leadership contributes to the collective performance of the association and its sustainability.
"Story impact" de l'association Mosaïque en Val

A consortium mobilized to meet the expectations and needs of the Mosaïque en Val association by establishing a discussion group. We present an example of collaboration between Marie-Anne Martinez and Patricia Roche Menegatti, who discuss the actions carried out through support.

The Consortium Associatif association was created on the initiative of a group of people, very involved in the associative world, concerned with meeting the needs of associations in terms of information, training and support.
Group workshops, in-person or online training, conferences... a whole program that will be offered to you but also co-constructed.
